A new reality show is looking for people on the down-and-out to participate. Finally, reality television that reflects reality, in all its harsh light.

The PixleyFlix story may or may not be related to the one about casting people for a reality TV show. But the good news about it is that --
Kristin has already won the Santa Barbara Human Resources Association (SBHRA) Innovative Solutions Award for creating the Xtreme Career Makeover process. She wanted to produce a reality show style video to show online and at presentations that would keep the attention of city college students and inspire them to come in to the career center.
Watch this video and I think you will agree that it is incredibly effective. In fact, if you are in Santa Barbara, you might just find yourself wanting to take a visit to the Career Center. The resources there are available not only to college students, but to anyone in the Santa Barbara Community.
