There is lots more that has come out recently that is related to this new book, based on the research done by BrainMusicTreatment.com. Suggested playlists appeared in the NY Post and Family Circle. The Globe reported on a mobile music unit, dubbed the Band Wagon, being used in a children's ward. AND if you are looking for something to cure your insomnia, this tune might be just the ticket.

    A lot of us assume faster songs mean happy, slower songs mean calm or sad. Is that always true?
    Not always. A fast song with a high beats per minute can calm you down. That’s something we use a lot with people with attention deficit disorder, children and adults. It’s what we recommend to people who are striving for high concentration and focus.

    Very intriguing. Anybody you know on meds for Attention Deficit? You might try music therapy instead of or with.
