Mitt Romney, who portrays himself as a Washington outsider, benefits from Larry McCarthy in his campaign for the presidency. McCarthy is possibly the most inside Washington insider, having drafted the Willie Horton campaign ad among other things. While Mitt did not directly hire Larry, Larry is on board the Super PAC "Restore Our Future."
