I don't eat fast food anymore, but it used to annoy me when they'd put the receipt in the bag in contact with the french fries, I guess the thought of ink and food didn't sound appealing. I guess with good reason.

I cannot recall any food worker doing that around here. And at McD they put the receipt on the tray; cannot remember what they did if I went thru the drive-thru because it has been so long since I did that.

Some of the receipts tested had higher levels than that found in food.
(Of course its also in some food-- particularly canned goods).
