EXCERPT: In the first ruling of its kind, the California 3rd District Court of Appeal in Sacramento held Wednesday that medical marijuana patients and growers can sue police for illegally raiding their properties and destroying their plants. Once this hits the Federal Courts it will be overruled!
Would somebody please tell me when California left the Union, only then would it be Illegal.

Um, you know that us liberals pay way more to the fed than we get back, while conservative states take more from the fed than they pay in, right? Even with the stimulus, we get back fewer tax dollars than we put in. Red states, on the other hand, take the government handouts and run, having their programs paid for by us liberals.
By the way? We also grow everything you eat, and make everything you see on tv.
