Rising like the phoenix from the ashes of bankruptcy, the Archway cookie label is returning to stores east of the Mississippi River. Lance Inc. bought the company at auction late last year and brought back a core crew to make cookies in December; they have ramped up production enough to now return to most stores in the eastern half of the United States.
